Order Processing Time
After all orders are successfully paid and approved, we will complete order processing, product quality inspection, ironing, and professional packaging and shipping within 1-3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be processed in order of priority after business days resume. We strictly control the quality of every evening gown leaving the warehouse to ensure that the goods arrive at the customer's hands intact, clean, and flat.
Daily Order Deadline
Our daily order processing deadline is 4:00 PM local time. Valid orders paid and approved before 4:00 PM will be processed and prepared on the same day; all orders submitted after 4:00 PM will be automatically postponed to the next business day for processing.
Order Shipping Time
After order shipment, the standard shipping time within the United States is 3-5 business days. In the event of peak seasons, extreme weather, courier system maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, temporary delays may occur, which is within the normal range. We will continuously monitor the logistics status to ensure your package is delivered on time.
Shipping Fee Policy
All orders in our store enjoy free shipping. There are no delivery fees, service fees, or hidden handling fees for any product orders. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and you will not incur any additional logistics-related costs.

Currently, we only support delivery services within the United States and do not yet cover areas outside the United States.

Our sole official logistics partner is UPS. Leveraging its mature logistics system, we provide customers with safe, stable, and efficient delivery services. We will contact the recipient in advance to confirm the precise delivery time, ensuring someone is home to sign for the package, effectively avoiding issues such as unattended packages, secondary deliveries, returned packages, or loss.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service immediately. We will not charge any additional handling fees and will process a full refund. Once the goods have been shipped and are in transit, the order cannot be cancelled directly. You must strictly adhere to our standard return and refund policy and submit an after-sales application according to the formal return process.
